Refund policy

At AXLabs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in limited circumstances outlined below.


1. No Refunds or Returns

All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once an order has been placed.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage

If approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement (if available), or
  • Issue store credit

We do not guarantee replacements or compensation for damaged items.


3. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


4. Chargebacks & Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in being restricted from future purchases.
